Back

Now that we've been good and posed for the photograph, can we get back in the pool?

Splash in the Pool

It's always difficult to know what to do for birthday parties. Daniel invited our friends, the Bister family, to join us at a restaurant that had its own pool.

Seventy-five frogs and counting

Josiah was given this most unusual birthday present - a bucketful of freshly caught frogs. Not knowing what else to do, he took the bucket to some waste ground and gave the frogs their freedom.

And the winner of the best dressed pastor competition is ...   If you think the outside looks run down, wait until you see the inside!

Bible Course participants

We sponsored these ten church leaders to attend a week of training run by the Reformed church. It was pitched at Bible College level and taught by an ex-missionary.

Paulo Samuel Kankomba

Our English-speaking church service has moved from Studio 333 to this primary school, located just on the edge of the city centre.

Plenty of space for the car park ... only problem is no one else actually owns a car

It may look dark and foreboding, but it's the most popular building around

Moatize Site

The Elim church owns all of this land. In the future we would develop the site to serve as the headquarters for our churches.

Latrine No.2

The men and women of Moatize worked hard to erect their very own ventilated pit latrine. This is now the second latrine that we have helped our churches to construct.
